Internet Return Policy

hejfina will only accept return requests within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Items must be unworn, all tags must be intact, and in original condition.

All sale items, jewelry, accessories, and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Return Procedures:

1. Email info@hejfina.com requesting a Return Authorization number within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.

2. Once Return Authorization number has been issued to the customer, send item back to hejfina with the Return Authorization number clearly visible on the outside of the box.

3. All return shipments must be sent prepaid either via UPS, Fed Ex or insured US Mail, preferably in original packaging.

4. All returns must be received within 7 days (14 days for international) of receipt of Return Authorization number.

hejfina will not accept returns that do not abide by these rules!

hejfina will credit customers through their original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

All order received before 3pm CDT during business week days will be processed that day, and any orders received after 3pm CDT or on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Orders over $300.00 receive free shipping.

Continental U.S. are calculated by destination and weight
